Code of Conduct

Thanks for you interest in joining the coaching network roster. Before you continue with the registration, we'd like to touch upon a few things that are important to us and to our service. Our priority lies in the provision of high quality services to our visitors and to your potential clients. We'd like to establish a reliable source of trust when people engage with your services. For this reason, we have created a code of conduct to help you and us create value from coaching:

1. Professional Communication
  • Respect peoples time: Never let them wait for you or be absent without notice.
  • Introduce yourself properly: This includes yourself, your offers and your terms.
  • Adress issues early: Don't wait for the last minute to raise them.
  • Handle disputes generously: Try to find a solution that works for both of you.
  • Keep secrets to yourself: Professional communication includes confidentiality
2. Expertise
  • Listen more than you speak: Steer the conversation by honest listening.
  • Coaching is not counseling or consulting: It's a collaboration among equals.
  • Demand commitments: Change is inevitable when people are committed.
  • Prepare thoroughly: Being prepared shows your respect and seriousness.
  • Manage expectations: Beware of high expectations and high disappointments.
3. Motivational Ability
  • Show your passion: People are more motivated when their coach feels similarly about a certain topic.
  • Promote Accountability: Unleash actual progress by setting goals and checking in on them.
4. Profile Maintainance
  • Update your profile regularly: Read your profile again after a week or month.
  • Don't oversell: Claim or promise only what you can live up to.
  • Add qualifications and collection items: It may inspire clients to contact you.
  • Experiment: Experiment with your images, text snippets and prices.
  • Feedback: Ask friends and colleagues for their feedback.
