How it Works

Life is too short to find a fair-priced and effective coach online. We're here to change that!

01

Discover Trainings and Coaches

Browse the Coach Directory

In the coach directory, you can browse available coaches. It provides a set of filters to narrow down your search, e.g. by category, location, gender or age.

Request a Coaching

Once you have identified an interesting coach profile, you can send a coaching request. Your coach gets notified about your request and will get in touch with you shortly.

Chat about the details

In the user chat, you can introduce yourself, your topic and discuss the details: When and where to meet, each other's expectations, as well as payment conditions.

Convert Ideas into Practice

After your coaching, it's time to convert your learnings into practice. Use the ideas and tools from your coach to improve on your mission.

Celebrate your Achievements

Self-improvement is hard work for sure. While success doesn't come over night, it's advisable to celebrate even smallest improvements, to keep things rolling and to go with the flow.

Share your Progress

You really improved? Congratulations! Share your story and inspire others to move closer to their dream or tackle what holds them back. It's old but still true: Sharing means caring.
